Who we are

SchoolFace is operated by Ahmad Tout, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Questions about your data: contact@schoolface.app.

What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, email, phone number, your school's name and address, the grading design and language you choose, the date of your agreement and the network address the request came from.

While you use the demo: whatever your school enters into it — classes, staff, students, parents, grades, messages, files. Your school decides what goes in and remains responsible for it; we use it to run your demo, and keep it as described below.

How the app is used: which pages are opened and which features are used, with the school and the kind of account (a teacher, a parent…) but never who the person is, counted with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not record names or the content you enter.

Technical records: sign-in times and network addresses, kept for security.

Why

To create and run your demo and contact you about it; to improve SchoolFace from how its features are used, looking at counts, never at individual pupils; and to keep the service secure.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or show it to advertisers. It is stored on our server at Contabo, in Germany. Emails are sent through Brevo.

How long we keep it

Your demo's data and your request details are kept after the demo ends, to study how SchoolFace is used and improve it. If you want them deleted, write to contact@schoolface.app and we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to end your demo: write to contact@schoolface.app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. This version: 14 October 2026.
