The demo

The SchoolFace demo is free, for a school to try the app with its own classes, staff and families. It allows a limited number of students, accounts and files, and one of four ready-made grading designs, as shown on the home page. We may change these limits for new demos.

Your school's data

Your school is responsible for what it enters, and for having the right to enter it — in particular the agreement of parents for their children's data where the law requires it. Do not enter more about anyone than the demo needs.

Fair use

Use the demo for running and evaluating your school's work only. Do not try to reach other schools' data, overload the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

No guarantee

The demo is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending the demo

You can end your demo at any time by writing to contact@schoolface.app. We may end or suspend a demo that breaks these terms, or after its end date if one is set. Its data is then kept as the privacy policy says, and deleted when you ask.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ahmad Tout is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the free demo.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Version of 14 October 2026.
